Sitges is a coastal city located southwest of Barcelona, and surrounded by the mountainous Garraf natural park. The 2,500-meter seafront promenade is lined with grand modernist mansions and gorgeous Mediterranean beaches frequented by locals.
The old town and the narrow streets are full of shops, businesses and many bars and nightclubs with a Gay atmosphere. The Maricel Museum and the Cau Ferrat Museum exhibit works of Catalan art and other places in Spain.
